Judi and her crew did an amazing job catering a friend's wedding. Not only was the food delicious, but the presentation was amazing! The stuffed squash blooms were to die for, and the potatoes had a hint of curry and touch of sweetness that was perfect. I don't know when I've had a more tender and moist piece of chicken.
